Absolutely! I will travel anywhere in the US. For most weddings, travel is included up to 2 hours of drive time. For sessions, I include 30 miles from Orland, CA, and every mile thereafter is $1/mile. Locations further than 2 hours will only be charged a hotel stay fee. Locations further than 4 hours will be charged a flat rate fuel fee of $300, plus a hotel fee. Locations further than 6 hours may be subject to flight, hotel and gas fees.

Date change? It happens. I am happy to move your date as long as I have the date available for you.

All photoshoots require a nonrefundable 50% deposit (plus non-refundable travel fee if applicable). Weddings require a $600 non-refundable retainer due at contract signing. The remainder is due no later than 30 days before your wedding date.

If you are sick, I am extremely happy to move your date. I have a little one and a business that means meeting people all the time, so please reschedule if you are sick. If you show up sick (yes, even "allergies"), I will cancel your session immediately and you will not be refunded or able to reschedule without an additional fee.
